Cookies & External Transmissions

PANAM eSIM and Travel AI Rescue use cookies, local storage, and external services for login, purchases, safety measures, and troubleshooting. This page shows what information is sent from your device to external providers, where it goes, what it is used for, and how to stop it.
We do not send AI consultations or your health, accident, crime-victimization, itinerary, or passport information for behavioral targeted advertising.
Providers we use for server-to-server AI processing, eSIM issuance, and payments are listed in our subprocessors and cross-border processing list.
1. Essential transmissions
These transmissions are necessary to provide the Service — for login, purchases, safety measures, and similar functions. Blocking them may make the relevant feature unavailable.

2. Transmissions from features you choose
These are sent when you choose a feature such as video or cloud storage.

Your current location is used temporarily to find a nearby help desk; we do not store your precise latitude and longitude. We do not provide a microphone (voice input) feature.
3. Analytics and improvement
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics run only after you consent. In other regions (including Japan), analytics run by default, but you can stop them anytime with the button below. Declining or stopping still lets you use the main features you purchased. Analytics use only browsing and interaction statistics; we never send AI chats, health, itinerary or passport information.

We do not include the following in analytics events: the body of AI consultations; photos, audio, or PDFs; health or medical history; accident or crime-victimization details; precise location; itinerary or hotel address; passport or card numbers; email address or order number; or authentication codes or session tokens.
4. Advertising
PANAM eSIM and Travel AI Rescue currently do not use third-party behavioral targeting advertising tags.
5. Changing your settings
Deleting your browser's cookies or site data may clear your login state, trip information stored on your device, your cookie choice, and similar data. If you want to keep on-device information, check what you need before deleting.
