Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of "PANAM eSIM" (the "Service"), provided by Jag Project, LLC (the "Company").

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

• We provide travel data eSIMs delivered as a QR code (or one-tap install link) by email after purchase. eSIMs are software; nothing is shipped physically.
• Coverage countries, data allowance and validity are shown on each plan page. Plans are provisioned via our wholesale partner (SoftBay).

3. Device requirements

An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device is required. Please check compatibility yourself (see Support). We are not responsible for issues on unsupported devices.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout (tax included where applicable) and charged via Stripe. Your card number is never stored on our servers.

5. Activation & validity

Plans start on first connection to a local network in the destination (unless stated otherwise on the product page). Each plan's validity and its registration deadline (counted from the purchase date) are shown at purchase; please install and register within that window.

6. Refunds & guarantee

Refunds and the optional peace-of-mind guarantee are handled as described in our Refund & Guarantee policy.

7. Acceptable use

No reselling, fraudulent, or abusive use. See Acceptable Use.

8. Disclaimer & liability

• The Service uses local carrier networks. Speed and connectivity depend on local coverage, your device and congestion, and are not guaranteed.
• The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes & governing law

• We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this site.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
